WebI've been using bitdefender TS for a few years now on several machines, and it only occasionally causes me temporary annoyances, such as repeated notifications. A quick Google is usually enough to find someone else who's solved the problem. I've run it on W7 (laptop/pc x2), W8.1 (laptop x2), and W10 (pc). WebIs Bitdefender the thing that's playing ads in the background? If it's not Bitdefender doing it, see if Bitdefender's scan reveals anything. Otherwise try the free version of malwarebytes, and see what pops up. 9/10 times MalwareBytes will probably find what's making the popups.

WebThough i'd probably use Bitdefender (currently N1 on the market) or even Kaspersky and malwarebytes as a scanner. Feel like Malwarebytes has NEVER let me down when it comes to scans.
