WebIn task manager, when doubleclicking the column with graphs of CPU, Memory, Disk, Ethernet, GPU etc. you are taken to the floating panel version. I like the floating panel (when set to always on top) when troubleshooting. When I do that in the Win11 task manager, I also get a floating window panel, but that cannot be resized down.
