WebJun 30, 2012 · I had katzkins installed in my Sierra (I have a thread on FSC forum) and the installer actually used a heat gun to tighten and take out the wrinkles from shipping. I can't say that mine looked as loose as yours but they did tighten a bit. Leave some leather shoes out in the sun for a few days and see what happens.
